What is this? RoboVac News is a meta-aggregator for robot vacuum reviews. We don't claim to have tested every model ourselves — we read published reviews from established sites, normalize their scores onto one /10 scale, and link back to the full articles. The only models we've personally tested live in Puck's Garage. Who is Puck? Puck is a Miniature Schnauzer and the site's mascot and Head Reviewer. He inspects every box that arrives on the porch. What is PuckBot? PuckBot is the account that writes this site's own summary text — the "Post #1" on each thread and the score tables. Those posts are AI-written from the linked data and are labeled [AI]. PuckBot does not write reviews or pretend to have used a product; it summarizes what named publishers and readers have published, with links to the originals. How are scores normalized? See Sources for the full method, scale-by-scale. House Recommendation vs. Owner Feedback? House Recommendation is our aggregate of published third-party review scores. Owner Feedback is reserved for real reports from owners and readers (not written by us) — it shows a score only once there are enough reports to mean something. Whose words are these? Every quoted excerpt, score, pro/con, and reader comment belongs to the publisher or commenter it's attributed to, and links to the original. Nothing here is an invented member, testimonial, or fake review. |
